Sign up for a private fitness consultation:
Come and meet with one if our coaches to get your introduction to CrossFit. The purpose of the consultation is to pinpoint any movement limitations, establish your baseline fitness level and point you in the right direction toward achieving your fitness goals. Get in contact with one of our coaches by phone or email to make an appointment for the consutlation.


Sign up for our Foundations course:
CrossFit on the Hill Foundations consist of 3 private session with a coach. Think of this as a launching pad into attending the regularly scheduled classes; here you will learn about fitness and nutrition as well as the nine foundational CrossFit movements. Contact us to register.


Sign up for a membership and attend regularly scheduled classes:
Once you have completed the private consultation and Foundations you can start your group classes. For those who have CrossFit experience, you can take the CrossFit on the Hill fitness test to skip Foundations.

In the CrossFit classes you will be working out in a group atmosphere led by a certified coach. This is where you get to perform and have fun with others athletes! Working out in groups help to build camaraderie and motivate each other to achieve your goals. Classes are one hour in length. CrossFit on the Hill members also have access to supervised open gym times where they can perform the workout of the day, work on skills and increase their strength. Sign up for private or semi-private coaching:

We also offer semi-private and private training sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and accommodate to your schedule. This is for people who may need or desire specific attention, are nursing an injury, or not comfortable jumping into a group class immediately. Our team of coaches are passionate about helping you overcome any specific challenges and achieve your fitness goals. Contact us for more information.
